In memory of

Victoria Elizabeth (Lalingo) Lee

June 23, 1948 -  September 29, 2025

Victoria Lee passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, at the age of 77. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Nick and Susan Lalingo and her dear brother, Anthony.

Born and raised in Toronto, Victoria lived a life defined by creativity, independence, and quiet determination. From a young age, she was drawn to self-expression, becoming an accomplished singer and winning a Miss Hamilton Pageant.

As an adult, Victoria was a self-made entrepreneur and founded Victoria Stained Glass, a small studio where she crafted intricate glasswork and taught others the art of stained glass. She also crafted handmade jewelry and sold her creations at numerous craft shows.

Sadly, Victoria’s life was marred by profound personal losses, including the tragic death of her 18 year-old daughter, Angela, and the sudden passing of her husband, Larry, during his middle years. These events affected her deeply but also revealed her remarkable ability to persevere through grief and solitude.

We take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place, reunited with her family, Larry, and her beautiful daughter, Angela.

She is survived by her loving sister, Diana (Jim), nieces Shannon and Carrie and their families, and her beloved chihuahua, Bella. Relatives and friends also mourn her passing. There will be a private service, as per her wishes.

In remembrance, take a moment to notice something beautiful and handmade — a stained-glass window catching the light, or a piece of jewelry crafted with care — and think of Victoria Lee, a woman who found strength in solitude and art in the quiet corners of life.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or mental health support organization, causes close to Victoria’s heart.

She was a beautiful person, inside and out. I have fond memories of times we spent together with our families and of Victoria entertaining us with her lovely voice.
RIP Vicky.

I knew Victoria as her neighbor, friend and general go-fer for the past 20 years. She was always very good to me. I'll miss her immensely.
