Passed away peacefully at home on September 29, 2022, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Betty Ross (nee Park). Cherished father of Philip, Bradley, Jeffrey and Anita (Winston Snow). Loving Pops of Michael, Ryan, Alexis, Colton, and Amber. Victor will be greatly missed by many extended family members. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Rd., north of St. Clair Ave. E., Scarborough, 416-267-8229) on Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 12-1 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with reception to follow.
