Valentin John Petschar

January 9, 1930 - November 29, 2022

Valentin passed away peacefully at the Village of Tansley Woods in Burlington on November 29, 2022 at the age of 92.

Valentin was born in Graz, Austria. He is survived by his wife Claudette, nieces Diana Cavatassi (Bruno) and Laura Tanner, his nephews Sean, Daniel and Stephen and his sister in law Carol and brother in law Malcolm Collens and predeceased by his parents Valentin and Elisabeth and his brother Heribert.

Valentin studied engineering before he came to Toronto where he enjoyed a successful career at the TD Bank until he retired. He loved golfing, exercise and healthy living but most of all he loved his wife Claudette. Valentin will be missed by his friends and family.

A private family funeral service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
