On Tuesday November 14 2017 at 1:26 am Troy P Ross loving father to Madison and Nolan passed away in his sleep at St Michaels hospital. Troy will be missed dearly by his loving mother Mary Ross, sister Liz and brother Todd. Troy will leave behind a thousand broken hearts. Known for his captivating smile, his witty puns, love of music and sincere and genuine love for all those he knew.
