GAZEAS, Traianos

It is with great sadness that the family announce the loss of their beloved father on July 18, 2022 at the age of 85. He passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Traianos is predeceased by his loving wife Polixeni in February 2022. He lived a life dedicated to his family, friends and church. He will be forever remembered for his great sense of humour, caring and generous nature and his positive outlook on life. Traianos leaves behind sons Dimitrios (Fanni) and Stavros (Filomena). Traianos was a proud and loving Papou to Melanie, Jonathan (Jill), Thomas (Chontalle), Lisa, Christopher (Marianne) and Peter (Olivia). A great grandfather of Lilly, Indianna, Logan, Ellie, Maison, Connor and Kai. He was born in Papagianni, Greece and immigrated to Canada in 1966 to raise a family and begin a new life. He is remembered by those he leaves behind in Canada, Greece and Australia. The hearts of the family are heavy, but filled with loving memories.
