Tong Bin "Keith" Lee
November 15, 1939 -
September 24, 2021
Surrounded by his loving family, Tong Bin (Keith) Lee passed away peacefully on September 24, 2021 at the age of 81.
Born in Toisan, China in 1939, he immigrated to Canada in 1954 to reunite with his mother in Windsor, Ontario. He co-founded the Hong Chow Restaurant in 1968, one of Windsor’s earliest Chinese restaurants. After retiring, he spent his golden years residing in London, Ontario.
Tong was passionate about the arts, sports, travel and nature. His devotion to the ancient martial art of Tai Chi allowed him to personally mentor many students over the years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Kwai Ngor, and his five children (and nine grandchildren), Kin-Man (Christine, Kurtis), Isabelle (Robin, Marc), Sandra (Chloe, Tia), Angela (Tasia) and Deborah (Kai, Mazy).
