So sorry and really shocked to hear this devastating news.My deepest sympathies go out to you Linda and your lovely family.
My earliest memories with Toney are the times we grew up and played together in the Riverdale neighborhood..scouts were good times too. He always exuberated joy and humor in our lives, especially at family gatherings. Toney had a big heart and valued family and friends. He was fun to be around - whether he's your uncle or friend, I bet even a stranger. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten..
He was a compassionate man who now lives in heaven with God. RIP dear cousin. Love Colina
Toney was a dear beloved cousin of my wife, Colina. That is how he came into my life. Two things that quickly stood out to me when I first met Toney was his heart and wit. His heart encompassed both compassion and empathy which is why he was loved by so many. Any person can have compassion but through experience not everyone has the ability to empathize with others and Toney truly did. And of course his wit, anyone that knew Toney must have experienced his wit, which in many ways was also his charm. The times I conversed with Toney, it was clockwork he would say something so witty and articulate I would either laugh or use myself at a later time. Will miss you brother and rest in paradise. Prayers to you and your family as he will always be in your hearts.
Linda, I was so sorry to hear of Toney's passing. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
I had the upmost opportunity to have worked along side Toney as an implementation consultant. We worked together for many years. I remember him as always smiling no matter the situation. He loved joking around but new when to be serious when he needed to. He was taken way to soon and will be missed RIP brother.
