Tom was a passionate, hardworking and a successful Entrepreneur. He always loved talking about new ideas and plans for the next project. Tom looked forward to the daily phone calls from his close friend Carson Bell. His friendly voice and witty humour provided lively conservations.
Tom loved sports including Golf, Football, Tennis, Hockey, and recently found a new love for Online Poker. Tom was an avid golfer and a long-time member of Scarboro Golf Club for 40+ years. He met many special lifelong friends; including one of his best friends Ken Fulton, the Head Golf Professional. He also volunteered his time for many years as Greens Chairman on the Board of Directors. He enjoyed working with the CNIB as a mentor for visually impaired golfers. He also designed a golf course in Ontario and caddied in the Canadian Open.
Tom is known for “lighting up the room”. He loved a good party, in fact he would make any excuse to have one. He cherished every one of his friends and adored all his family. He could not wait to tell you his stories and jokes. In fact he would be laughing halfway through his joke even before he finished.
He will be dearly missed by all.
