In memory of

Timothy Andrew Waterson

March 8, 1971 -  July 13, 2016

After a courageous battle with cancer, we are greatly saddened by the loss of Tim. Taken at an early age, he will be greatly missed as a husband, a daddy, a son, a brother, a nephew, an uncle and a friend. Tim will be deeply missed by his wife Trisher, his daughter Jocelyn, his dad, Howard (Leonora Stone), his mother, Margaret Roller, his siblings Ken (Katherin) and Doug (Pitcher Creek, Calgary), his aunt Patricia (Barrie, ON), his nephews and nieces, Matthew, Rian, Gwyneth and Aislinn.

Tim had many friends including his best buddies Rob and his wife Heather, his beloved friend Don, his Golden Girls and many, many others. Tim was always there for whomever needed him, he will be missed by all.

Tim was with the Toronto District School Board for over 25 years and will be missed by many colleagues and co-workers. He will be remembered for his quick wit and love of golf.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre (275 Lesmill Road, 416-441-1580).

"God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put His arms around you
and whispered "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
as you slowly slipped away
and though we loved you dearly
we couldn't make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating
your tired hands put to rest
God broke our hearts
to prove to us
He only takes the best."

RIP Tim... I only knew you briefly but you were 'the salt of the earth' Your smile, swagger and 'let me know what I can do to help' attitude was much appreciated by us all. You will be sorely missed by staff, parents and the students at Fenside. Until we meet again...

There is only one Tim.
I've never known anyone like him. Generous, funny as hell, hardworking, fair, kind, handsome, I could go on and on.
PS: He should have entered a chili cooking contest!!!!!! He made the best chili.

My deepest condolences to Tim's family and friends.

I'm so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I worked in parkwoods and Tim would come in for a beer once in a while. Always polite and kind. I pray for his family may you all find the strength to carry on with such a loss. RIP Tim
