In memory of

Thomas James "Big Jim" Green

May 30, 1950 -  December 5, 2017

Very unexpectedly on Dec 5, Big Jim was called home.
He has impacted and influenced many people in many different ways. From his infectious personality to his comical one liners, everyone who knew him, can remember at least one heart warming moment with him or a time that he literally did whatever was needed to help them. Jim was a die hard Toronto Maple Leaf fan who never gave up hope of seeing them win another Stanley Cup. He also enjoyed the Blue Jays and watching documentaries because he felt very strongly about always learning more. He could often be found tinkering and fixing items from big to small and could literally fix anything that broke. He would never pass up the chance to purchase a new toy that fascinated him. He adores his wife and children and grandchildren and lived for them to make sure they never went without. He was very respected and loved in the community and has left a major hole with his passing.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Big Jim to the Sick Kids Foundation or Toys for Tots would be appreciated by the family.
