Suddenly on January 16, 2021 in Brampton, Ontario

Born August 12, 1961 in Peshawar, Pakistan. Tariq served 42 years in Government services, he was the Senior Auditor at the Accountant General of Pakistan’s office. On October 10th, 1986 married the love of his life Shahnaz, married for 34 years, they shared many years of memories together. Tariq and his wife were blessed with 6 children, Nida Sampson Wife of Roger Sampson, Irum Khalil Wife of Khalil Rafique, Komal Minto Wife of Joseph Minto, Kainat, Shehryar and Shanza Tariq. Even more so, he became a grandfather to 6 wonderful grandchildren as well! Izabella Abrianna Sampson, Ebenezer Yoel Sampson, Gabriella Genesis Sampson, Shine Khalil, Maryam Khalil, Suzanne Minto. Predeceased by his brother Sajad Eric, Tariq leaves behind his brothers and sisters Asif George, Yasmin Rana, and Samina Nasir. Brother in law to Aroona Asif, Rana Sanober and Vincent Nasir. A loving uncle to his nieces and nephews Mishal Shakeel , Ramsha Rana , Sataish Rana , Maryam Rana , Arsalan Asif, Zain Asif, Faran Nasir, Maham Nasir, Maheen Nasir. Tariq will be remembered by his many extended family and friends.

A private family service and interment will take place Tues., Jan., 19th at Meadowvale Funeral Centre Brampton. Due to the restrictions, people are able to take part in a virtual webcasting of Tariq’s Funeral service.
