In memory of

Tammy Snow

December 21, 1969 -  August 9, 2018

Peacefully in her home in Georgetown after a lengthy battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving son and family, special puppy, Boomer and best friend and nurse for the past several weeks, Glenda.

Tammy touched the lives of everyone she met and was an inspiration to all. Her generosity knew no boundaries. After a very successful career in Real Estate management, she was forced into early retirement to focus on her health in 2015. She loved to travel and travelled extensively and always relied on Dr. Lheureux and the oncology dept. at PMH to make it possible.

Predeceased by her father Leonard Stringer, Tammy leaves behind her loving son, Nicholas, her Mother Linda and Step-father Bill, her sister Trudy and many relatives and friends.

The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Lheureux, Val and the entire Oncology Dept at PMH, to St. Elizabeth nursing staff who helped in Tammy’s care. A special thank you to her cousin Debbie.

A Celebration of life will be held at North Halton Golf Club, 363 Maple Avenue West, Georgetown, Ontario on Friday, August 17, 2018 between 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made To C.A.S.H.H. (Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills - 222 Mountain View Rd. Georgetown, Ontario L7G6H9)
