In memory of

Philomene "Phil" Tadman

March 11, 1923 -  September 8, 2017

Passed away peacefully on September 8, 2017 at Bay Ridges Long Term Care in Pickering at the age of 94. Predeceased by husband and the love of her life, John, who she was married to for 60 years. She was loved and adored, and will be sadly missed, by her three children Tom (Janet Moir), Teresa (Don Crowe) and Rosemary (Peter Gravel). Lovingly remembered as a wonderful Granny by her seven grandchildren John, Andrew, Michael, Colleen, Alyssa, Megan and Cassandra. Phil had a quick wit and an ability to always look on the bright side. She hung on with “both thumbs” until the end. Phil and John met in 1946 when Phil sat down beside the “piano man”. They are probably smooching on that piano bench right now! A private family burial has taken place at Pine Hills Cemetery.
