July 2, 1955 - August 13, 2017

Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday August 13th, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cherished mother of Shaun, Kevin and Colin. Proud grandma of Audrey and Myles. Beloved daughter of Ingeborg Mielitz, and step-daughter of Wolfgang Mielitz. Loving sister of Jeffrey and Monika. Suzanne was blessed with a strong and supportive group of family and friends who will miss her dearly. She worked for Adventure Place for 30 years and adored her colleagues and the many friends she made along the way.

Such heartbreaking news from a kind and gentle person. Suzanne will be greatly missed. She made a meaningful contribution to the care and treatment of very vulnerable children. My heart felt condolences to her family and friends during this very difficult time.

Suzanne was a very special person in my life; co-worker, colleague, confidant and friend. She was devoted, hard working, reliable, responsible and somewhat perfectionistic - everything one would want in a colleague. She was also sensitive, socially conscious, thoughtful and kind - everything one would want in a friend.
I will miss her.

You left us much to soon, my heart is broken, you be always with us,
I loved you so very much, my first born child,but you are now an Angel,

I'm heartbroken, and missing Mom dearly already. I'm also however, incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories and sacrifices she's made helping to form who I am today. I am forever blessed for having you as my Mother, and for your unwavering support. Till we meet again, Mom.

Dear Shaun, Kevin and Colin,

I just wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I had the opportunity working closely with mom and will always remember her by showing me how to use a program at work. She knew her job so well and always and the correct answer when we needed her help. Just remember she is looking down on each and everyone of you and is now at rest and a better place.
