Iām sorry for your loss. You have my condolences, and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers
My heartfelt condolences to the Wong family.
May your soul Rest In Heavenly Peace Wong Tai ,my first employer Waldorf Chinese Restaurant in Calcutta India where I first learn my cooking skills from 1976 to 1978 right after I left St James School when I was planning to immigrate to Canada for my future.
One particular thing I learned from Wong Tai was to marinate all kind of meat slices with corn starch or potato starch before we cook them so it will taste smoother in your mouth when you eat them. I will remember that my whole life š
God gained another Angel in Heaven.
Sorry for your loss, with deepest sympathy
Wishing you peace
