Sui Meng Tang

March 6, 1943 -  May 18, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Sui Meng Tang announces his passing after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease, on Friday, May 18, 2018, at the age of 75.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Men Keo and his five children, Mindy, Chinet, Peter, Kiang and Phing, and 7 grandchildren, Viviane, Angel, Marcus, Christopher, Alex, Jiliane, and Michael. Sui Meng will also be forever remembered by his brothers and sisters in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Laos, and France, and his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. He joins his parents, one brother and a sister who predeceased him.

In February 1980, Sui Meng along with his wife and five young children arrived in Quebec, Canada in hopes of a better life. Together, they worked hard and raised a successful family stressing education and opportunities that this country has to offer. He instilled in his children to be individuals with love, compassion, responsibility, and morality within the family and society.

Sui Meng will be remembered as a loving, caring and giving person who never hesitated to offer a lending hand in times of need to anyone.

Thank you to the staff for Circle of Care for their care over the past several years, and the staff at Yee Hong Long Term Care Scarborough for their care and attention.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Meadowvale Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres, 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton, Ontario. Interment will follow in the family plot at Meadowvale Cemetery.
