Sui Ling “Christine” Ngan (nee Chung) passed away at the age of 64 on Saturday June 30th, 2018 at Markham Stouffville Hospital. She was born on August 9th, 1953 in Guangdong, China and is predeceased by her parents Mr. Wai Nam Chung and Shuk Ying Lee. She was the 7th youngest out of 8 siblings (4 brothers and 4 sisters). She is survived by her husband, Ching Yun “Tony” and two daughters, Lisa (Kevin Wong) and Eva (Jason Billinger). Her grandchildren are Chelsea Madalynn Wong and Jacalyn Mackenzie Wong. She will be greatly missed by all of her family including her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

She received her Travel Agent certification in Toronto, Canada and embarked on a successful career in the travel industry for over 38 years. She had passion for her work in the travel business and she worked hard as an IATA certified travel agent at several Toronto based Travel agencies and with Philippines Airlines. She was also an Assistant Manager at Galleon Travel Ltd. and achieved many goals in her role there. In 1991, she fulfilled her dream of opening a travel agency in Scarborough, Ontario (Enrich International Travel Inc.) with her niece. After 24 years at the original location, she contemplated retiring in 2015, but decided that she was not ready and moved their business to a new location.

Christine was one of the most kindest, trustworthy and genuine person that you could ever meet. Throughout her life she strived to help others with her open heart and selflessness, to always ensure that those around her got all the help that they needed over her own needs. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and dreamed of travelling the world with her family. She will be forever missed and be in our hearts forever until eternity.

Funeral services will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Rd, North York, ON. M2N 5Z5). Visitation will take place on Monday July 9th 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday July 10th 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral service and burial will take place on Tuesday July 10th 2018 from 10:30 a.m.
