In memory of

Subrahmanyam Yerramilli

December 5, 1934 -  August 4, 2019

YERRAMILLI, Subrahmanyam (Subrah)

Subrah Yerramilli, 84, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Aug. 4, 2019. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Sarala, his daughters Neena and Indira, and son-in-laws Greg and Emanuel. His grandchildren, Olivia, Neil, Jaya and Menaka will always have him in their hearts.

Born in Mandapaka, India on December 5 1934, Subrah was the second oldest in a large family. The responsibility and care he took for his family were a defining thread in his life, one that he handled with great commitment and care.

Searching for a country that would create more opportunities with his family, Subrah and his wife Sarala moved to Mississauga in 1967. As a nuclear engineer, he was whip smart and gregarious. You'd find him at the centre of any conversation, scotch in hand, telling a great story. Over the last three decades, he had dedicated much of his time to being the central figure in his family’s life. His unwavering support, dedication and love for them all will be forever felt.

Subrah’s determinism, wisdom and generous heart defined him and his presence will live on in the hearts and minds of those he touched.

Special thanks to the staff at Silverthorne Care Community for their exceptional care of our beloved father, grandfather and husband.
