DOBSON, Steven James - 1956 - 2020

On Wednesday, April 8th, 2020 Steven passed away peacefully, at age 63, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Pre-deceased by his parents, James and Joyce (Tyndale) Dobson. He leaves behind his sister Darlene (Ian Harrison), his daughter Candice (Rocco Arrici), his granddaughter Chloé, dear friend Lisa Inman, as well as his niece Erin Harrison, (Aidan and Christian), and his nephew Scott Harrison. Steven will be missed by his many Tyndale and Dobson cousins, his good friends Gerd Burchert, Ralph Burchert, Bob Armstrong, Blair Girdler, and countless other friends and family members. We will celebrate his life once the Covid restrictions are lifted. Steve will always be remembered for his kindness and generosity, a hard working man, who approached life to the fullest, making sure those around him always wore a smile. The world lost a good man, but you will forever be in our hearts Steve. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.

My dear friend Lisa introduced me to Steve. I resonated immediately with his good natured kind enlightened presence. Words can not express my sorrow for his passing. He touched my heart. May god bless him.🙏😥. He knew he had cancer when i met him and i admired his good nature, resilience and strength.🦋

Goodbye, Steven. You will be missed. I cannot put into words how I feel. I can rest knowing you are with mum, dad and Uncle Earl, just as you wanted. I will miss our weekly phone calls and our reminiscing about our lives and the fun times we shared as kids at Beaver Bungalows. I love you.
