It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steve Reid on July 25th, 2023, at the age of 65. He fought bravely until the very end but lost the battle to cancer. He was the loving husband of Carole, father of Christopher, and grandpa to Zayden. He was predeceased by his mother Mrytle Reid. He is survived by his brother Rodney, sisters, Judy, Nancy and Cathy, the Forde family, mother and father-in-law, Hyacinth and Keith Dormond and their daughters and son, Juleen, Maureen, and Keith Jr. Everyday of his life, Steve lived by the motto, “what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong.” He loved travelling to warm Caribbean islands with his wife and in-laws, taking long brisk walks and watching football. He was a remarkable man and gift that God provided in all our lives. He was taken too soon and will finally be able to rest. He was employed at Grafton Apparel as the Warehouse Distribution Manager for 43 years. He infused energy, humour, intelligence, and care into his work. He will be dearly missed by all his co-workers and friends. There will be no service.
