God Bless Us All
Rest in Peace Stephen. You will always be remembered for your beautiful spirit and I will miss your smiling face.
I always enjoyed my visits with Steve. He always showed an interest in others, no matter how difficult the times he was going through. A free spirit, I will miss him.
I only met Stephen a few times over the years since being introduced to him by Greg and Judy. Whenever we saw each other, he was always very warm and friendly. I remember his great sense of humour and quick wit! Rest in peace, Stephen. My sincere condolences go to his partner, family and friends. Xo Maddy.

Ode to my friend Stephen,
We met in February of 1994 and went on a roller coaster ride of highs and lows that lasted just over thirty years.
If there was a musical playlist to your life, it would include
Tina Turner, Patti Labelle, Whitney Houston, Janis Joplin, Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand and Ella Fitzgerald.
Your favourite colour was green and all of our homes had a room or two of that colour.
Your favourite travel destination was Hawaii. Over the years due to your love of travel and decades long career in the travel biz, our get-aways included Vancouver, Florida, New York, the Caribbean, Amsterdam and Austria during my apprenticeship.
Over the years we had several pets, including my pet rabbit a.k.a “Evil Bunny” along with Jackie-O and Mortimer our Boxer.
Our lives intersected with family and friends who like me are today celebrating your life but mourning the loss of your physical presence. There is no doubt that today you are home with John your parents, family and friends.
Stephen, thank you for the incredible ride on the roller coaster. My life has been enriched and I will always miss you but know that you are home and happy, free from pain and struggle. Give a hug to my sister and patents.
I was unable to say goodbye but I will say, “see you again one day”, surrounded by friends and family. Until then, fly free and keep watch over those who miss your presence.
My heartfelt condolences to Stephen’ siblings, family and his partner Ranko.
R.I.P Stephen.
