Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 4th, 2017 with his family by his side. Beloved husband to Diane for 26 years. Loving father to Steve (Carol), Gord (Julia) and Lori (Allister) Beattie. Cherished grandfather to seven and great grandfather to four. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Retired from an active career in the Toronto trucking and warehousing industry. Family and Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE- MISSISSAUGA 1535 South Gateway Road (at Dixie Road, two lights south of Eglinton) 905-602-1580 on Thursday, May 11th, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. for a time of Gathering. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in honour of Stanley would be appreciated by the family.
