It is with great sadness that the family of Stanley Laing announce his passing on Tuesday November 24, 2020 at his home with his family by his side. He will be sadly missed by his wife Mildred, son Rick, daughter Darlene, daughter-in-law Ruth, son-in-law Jim; sisters-in-law Marilyn, Sandra, Nita and her partner Mary; brothers-in-law Alton and Calvin; grandchildren Melissa, Shannon, Emily, Michelle, Nicole and Alexis; great-grandchildren Liam, Hayes, Ava and Gracie and many extended family members and friends. Predeceased by his mother and father; sisters Emma and Greta; daughter Ellen, sister-in-law Jean; and brothers-in-law Clyde, Ivan, Garfield and Henry. An on-line funeral service will be available to view live on Wednesday, November 25th at 1:30 pm. Stan was best known as a family man, sports fan, wood worker, lumberjack, story teller extraordinaire, and Newfie through and through.
