Sofia Luxbacher (nee Bekris), beloved wife of Frank, cherished mother of Nick (Leslie) and Irene (Clemente), loving grandmother to Elijah, Noah, and Luca, sister, aunt and neighbour, passed away at home on Sunday June 26, 2022.

In happier times, her love was beautifully expressed in her cooking, gardening and the care for her family. Those who were under her care during her many years as a nurse will think gratefully of her kind, calm, and hardworking nature.

Her children will never forget her devotion and love. Her grandchildren will always pine for her soft hand, welcoming heart and abundant offerings of treats and hugs.

If her beloved husband Frank were here, he would grieve with us today, but always the gentleman, he went before to ensure his Love's safe passage and to welcome her Home.
