袁陳素華女士於2018年6月21日星期四蒙主寵召,享年八十有三, 福壽雙全。陳女士為陳三峯先生和柯美卿女士之女兒, 袁鏡瑩先生之夫人，膝下一女一婿四子四媳: 長女柏瑜, 婿曾光明; 次子澍松, 媳儲霞; 三子萬松, 媳曾曉燕; 四子茂松, 媳蘇瑋瑜; 五子耀松，媳關淑儀。有孫六人，內孫袁雪婷, 袁志浩, 袁志謙, 袁志衡; 外孫曾昭琪, 曾昭雅。

袁陳素華女士安息禮拜將於 York Cemetery Funeral Centre 殯儀館舉行 (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, Ontario）。6月27日上午九時半至十時半設靈供親友探訪。接於上午十時半舉行出殯儀式，隨後在York Cemetery 安葬。葬禮完成後將於麗晶酒樓設福壽康寧宴以慰親友（5 Glen Cameron Rd., Thornhill, closest intersection Yonge /Steeles)。

為紀念袁陳素華女士，敬請親友將奠儀捐到所選的慈善機構。 在殯儀館收集到的帛金將捐贈到黎明山華人浸信會。

So Wah Yuen Chan passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 21st, 2018, in her 83rd year. So Wah was the beloved daughter of Chan Sam Fung and O Mei Hing, the wife of Franklin Yuen, loving mother to Patricia and her husband Rex Tsang, Samson and his wife Heidi Chu, Marvin and his wife Xiao Yan Zeng, Monty and his wife Melissa So, Terence and his wife Amy Kwan, and grandmother to Jacqueline Tsang, Jessica Tsang, Sabrina Yuen, Bradley Yuen, Matthew Yuen, and Ian Yuen.
Visitation will be held at York Cemetery Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto) on Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am with burial service to follow at York Cemetery. Reception will be held at Legend Chinese Restaurant (Glen Cameron Rd., Thornhill, closest intersection Yonge/Steeles).

In lieu of flowers, donation could be made to your preferred charity. Cash donations collected at the funeral service will be donated to Richmond Hill Chinese Baptist Church.
