Dear Chow's family....

I was truly saddened to hear about Mrs. Chow's passing. I'll always remember her warmth and kindness.

Your family has been so supportive, friendly, and understanding through everything. I honestly still wonder what the secret is behind how Mr. and Mrs. Chow raised such wonderful, respectful children---it really shows how much love and strength there is in your family.
My heartfelt thoughts are with you all during this difficulty time.
