March 11, 1932 - November 24, 2018

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at the age of 86. Devoted husband to the late Anne Yukiko (nee Harada) for 38 years. Loving father of Brian (Becky), Julie (James), and Sandra (Ted). Proud and cherished Jichan of Scott, Michael, Theodore and Miya. Predeceased by his brothers Mas and Paul. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. In all aspects of his life, Shiz was kind, patient, and always thinking of others first. A private family service will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.

My deepest condolences. I enjoyed hearing the stories from Julie about her father. It was very obvious that he had provided a very loving home life for his family.

Brian, Julie, Sandra & your families,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of your father. He was, as you say, a kind and gente man, always with a smile just like the one in the photo and we will always remembre him that way. The days since his passing may have been difficult but the wonderful memories you each have of him will keep him close to you.
