In Loving Memory of Shanxun Ke
February 9, 1943 – April 4, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Shanxun Ke on April 4, 2025, at the age of 82. A devoted husband, loving father, doting grandfather, and loyal friend, he will be forever remembered for his gentle kindness, quiet wisdom, and steadfast strength that blessed all who knew him.
Born in Wuhan, China on February 9, 1943, Shanxun lived a life of purpose and compassion. As a dedicated Chinese herbalist, he healed countless lives through his knowledge of traditional medicine. Beyond his professional calling, he found joy in soccer - a lifelong passion that connected him to friends, family, and his cultural roots.
Shanxun leaves behind his beloved wife of many years, Zhongfang Cao; his sister Shanjin Ke; sister-in-law Jinguo Wu; niece Jun Wu; daughter Xuan Ke ; son in-law Zhigang Meng ;and his cherished grandchildren Addison and Aiden Meng. He now reunites with his parents, Changru Ke and Huiying Li, who preceded him in death. His memory will be treasured by extended family and countless friends whose lives he touched.
A memorial service will be held:
April 12, 2025 at 9:15 AM - 11:00 AM
