1926 - 2017

After a wonderful fulfilling 90 years of life, our dear Sidney so peacefully passed away on Thursday January 5, 2017 surrounded by his family and friends. Cherished husband of Karen (Yarlett). Dearest father to Daniel (Joyce), Beverley (Dave), Stephen (Kendra), and Kevin (Kim). Adored Zaidy and Grampie to Kale, Dylan, Rachel, Josslyn, Joelle, Jordan, Mikah, Brodyn, Xavier and Ava. Loved brother of Arnold (Molly) and Gerry (Eleanor) and sister in law Shirley. Predeceased by his mother Rose, father Morris, brother Meyer and sister Beulah. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, business acquaintances and friends near and far. Sidney was loved by all. We cherish his incredible life.

Please join us for Sidney’s Celebration of Life visitation reception on Thursday January 12th, 2017. Guests will be welcomed between the hours of 11:30am-2:30pm at York Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Road, North York, 416-221-3404).
