Sarah Sheppard

June 26, 1942 - January 16, 2023

On January 16th, 2023, Sarah Sheppard passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 80. Sarah was mother to 6 daughters and 10 grandchildren. She cared deeply for her family and was the central figure in all of their lives. She will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.

Sarah was predeceased by her husband William Sheppard (April 2, 2011). She is survived by her daughters Lynn (Ray) Petrella, Karen (Bob) Anderson, Lorraine Sheppard, Angela Sheppard (Loxley Patterson), Jacqueline Sheppard (Walter Caceres), Michelle Sheppard (John Pacheco) and her 10 grandchildren Shawn, Tyler, Danica, Aaron, Paige, Mikayla, Nicholas, Leah, Adrian and Ava.

There will be a celebration of life at The Simple Alternative Funeral Home on Saturday, February 4th from 12pm to 2pm located at 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga L4W 5J1.

I had the pleasure of growing up with the Sheppard sisters and have many fond memories of Sadie. She was always the sweetest little lady who enjoyed having company and making everyone feel welcome. Mrs. Sheppard was so strong and always so happy and positive, even on bad days. She will truly be missed and always remembered. Rest Peacefully. ❤️
