In memory of

Sarah Constance Pinault

May 12, 1984 -  February 17, 2018

It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Sarah Constance Pinault on Saturday, February 17th 2018 in Toronto. Born in Melbourne Australia in 1984, she lived most of her life in Montreal and Toronto. Sarah was devoted to her family - adored daughter of Jill and Karl, sister of Dan (Carrie) and aunt of Sloane, granddaughter of Gordon Alexander and his late wife Hildegard and the late Robert and Gaytane Pinault, niece of Greg (Elaine), Charles (Johanne), and the late Ian Alexander, Ricky (Guylaine) and Sanders (Robert) Pinault. Sarah will be greatly missed by her cousins Kealy (Dominic), Julia (Jonathan), Charles, Matthew, Victoria, Christopher, Maxine and Justine, as well as her boyfriend Stephen Tar, other dear friends and the many people she touched in her life. Sarah was a passionate and talented nurse, avid cyclist and aspiring web developer, her life a portrait of courage and loving kindness. We will hold her in our hearts forever. A celebration of Sarah’s life will take place at 11:00 am Saturday, February 24th at Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, 115 Simpson Avenue. Donations in her memory may be made to the Centre for Mental Health, Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation. https://www.tgwhf.ca/personal-pages/sarahpinault/

Sarah was the most generous, caring, and kind-hearted person I have ever met. She was passionate, and she treated her friends and family, even strangers, like gold. She'd give the shirt off her back to help someone. It was an honour to be counted among her friends. I will miss her more than words could ever describe. I will forever treasure the memories we have together - working on our bikes, exchanging our favourite poetry and music, having the most stimulating and enjoyable conversations and debates, sharing the deepest reaches of our hearts with one another, and spending time with my dog. I love her deeply. I feel this loss keenly, and I am so, so sorry. My greatest condolences to her loving family, who welcomed me into their home and hearts many times.
All my love,
Heather

Bien amicalement.

Sylvain C.
