Mr. Sang Lam was born in 1915. In the past 102 years, he witnessed China changing from the Ching Dynasty to a republic. He endured the Japanese invasion and the 8-year war; and persevered through the hardship in the 50's and 60's. He started out life as a farmer, had a knack for carpentry and ended up a small restaurant owner in Macau in the 60's and 70's.

Always a loving family man, he was a caring provider to his two sons. He adored his five granddaughters and a grandson. In the past two and half years, he cherished the frequent dim sum gatherings and visits from his great grandson Wolfie and great granddaughter Norah.

He was pre-deceased by his only brother Mo Tim; and is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, two sons Stephen and Chio, and their wives Maria and Jessica and granddaughters Yvette (Peter Loewen), Stephanie (Chris Nelson), Emily (Wilson Ma), Pamela (Salvador Caruncho), Carmen and grandson Eric (Samantha Labahn).
