October 23, 1951 - December 1, 2024

In this 73rd year, Sandy passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on December 1, 2024. Survived by his children, Kerry (Efren) and Daniel (Lindsay) and two grandchildren. Sandy is predeceased by his parents, Peter & Helen of Saskatchewan and brother, Jerry. He treasured his lifelong friends and roots in East York and had a love of sports, especially hockey, baseball & golf. A cremation is taking place with a private interment to follow at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.

I have nothing but fond memories of Uncle Sandy. A dear friend to my mom and dad, I was lucky to grow up knowing him. Sandy was a very sweet and kind man, who always called me kiddo. My condolences to Kerry, Daniel, Auntie Mar and family. Rest in peace xoxo
