In memory of

Saha Sukhram Rampersad

May 16, 1936 -  February 28, 2018

Saha Rampersad 81 lived in Mississauga until he passed away February 28, 2018 at Trillium Hospital from natural causes.

Born May 16th 1936 in Montrose Trinidad, he was the 2nd oldest of 8 children to Rampersad Mykoo and Kamla Debisingh.

Educated in both Trinidad and Canada, he worked as an Electrician retiring from Kodak Canada after ~20 years.

He was kind-hearted and helped many of his relatives and friends came to Canada from abroad and settle here.

He was a Father, Grandfather, and Friend who enjoyed sharing his advice and wisdom.

He loved to watch soccer, spend time with his friends and family and always made time to pray.

We say goodbye to his body, but his spirit will always live with us. He will be missed.

Saha was a good friend whom I met while working as a temp at Kodak in 1996 after emigrating to Canada from Trinidad. I was a professional engineer and I was unable to find work at the time and Saha did everything he could to help me by using his contacts. He visited my home in Toronto many times and we kept in touch over the years. I visited him at his condo in January of this year and he looked fine except for his arthritis. I only found out about his death after calling him for the past week and getting no answer. Then I Googled his name and found his obituary. He really was a fine man and a good friend to me over the years. My condolences to his family.
