Jacqui, Russ, Trevor and your families, our deepest condolences for your loss. Uncle Russ was such a part of our life and memories, always sure to bring a smile and warmth whenever he was round. His open heart and sense of humour echo in each of you and your loved ones. We are thinking of you.
He was definitely one of the more adventurous of our uncles - from running the store, to flying planes, and driving buses. I will always remember my last visit with him in Pickering when he said, "I'm a far better driver than most drivers on the road today. I don’t know how my kids can say that I am unfit to drive, when they have never driven with me …..!!" Always fun-loving with a great sense of humour until the end - that's how i'll remember him.
Dear Jacui, Russ Jr Trevor and families,
Grace and I convey our sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad/Grand Dad.
We dearly miss his endless enthusiasm for and love of life. His boundless energy enabled him to enjoy doing many various activities and live life to the fullest.
Rest in peace, Russ.
Love,
Grace and Dave
Jacque, Russel and Trevor,
Anne and I will be unable to attend Uncle Russ’ celebration of life.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to spend much time around your Dad, being so far away, but he sounds like a man who lived life to the fullest. Anne and I send our condolences to all of you.
So sorry for your loss. We hope to come to the funeral.
