In memory of

Rosemary Beharrysingh

October 12, 1942 -  November 12, 2021

Rosemary was the third sibling in our family of eight children, and the daughter of parents Joe and Eileen, who predeceased her. She was born and educated in Guyana and came to Canada in 1968. Her siblings are Barbara (Amin), Elinor, Desiree, Valerie, Rudolph, Judy (Mirek), and Derek. She had a few nephews and nieces – Karen (Charlie), Suzanna, Maria (Don), Jose (Andrea), and Sean (Michelle), plus great-nephew Nicholas (Jess) and their children Navida and Behr, great-nieces Alexis (Srdjan), Nureesa and Ceci. We will all miss her dearly.
Rosemary was also predeceased by brothers-in-law Pat (Elinor), Bob (Desiree), niece Shazia (Valerie), and sister-in-law Anna (Derek).
She worked for many years in the Federal Public Service, until her health issues resulted in her placement in a long-term care home.
She was a resident of Thompson House long-term care home for the last five years, and we thank the staff there for their care for Rosemary.
May God bless her soul and grant her peace and rest in the arms of her Loving Saviour Jesus

It is with great sorrow to read about the death of Rosemary in the newspapers. My condolences to the family on her death. We were classmates in Guyana at St Rose's High School. I had often wondered what had become of her. I did not know she was in Thompson House which was not very far from where I live.
