Rose Winnifred Mercer

August 7, 1924 -  March 7, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rose Winnifred Mercer on March 7, 2024. Predeceased by her husband Walden Mercer. Survived by sons Ted (Linda), Glen (Lee-Anne) and Keith (Maryanne). Will be deeply missed by her nine grandchildren. Ryan, Adam (Addy), Alison (Nate), Jill, Kate, Andrew, Jessie, Colin, Emily and two great-grandchildren Leo and Isla.

Family and friends are invited to the Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 10 – 11 a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Pine Hills Cemetery, Section 19. Refreshments will be served at the funeral centre from 1 – 3 p.m.

Aunt Rose was a loving kind person who was very much part of our life when we were young children, always there to help out during my mother’s several hospitalizations.
