March 3, 1949 - June 7, 2017

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 7th, 2017, joining his beloved wife Margaret. Beloved son of the late Edgar and Cecile Lalande. He is survived by his four children - Roger, Micheal (Jennifer), Matthew (Jeanette) and Barbara (Ron); his eight grandchildren- Shawn, Skyler, Samantha, Vincent, Xander, Serena, Chris (wife Ashley), and Cory; and his four great grand children - Jade, Brad, Jaxon and Claire. Also survived by sisters Pauline (Mark) and Carole, brothers Edgar, Gilles and Mark along with sister-in-law Pat. Predeceased by brothers Raymond, Yvon, Richard, Donald, Andrew and sister Raymonde. In honour of Roger, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

A loving man, who was always looking to put a smile on your face, and tell you a story. Family for him was not blood, but rather, love. Many of my friends are brothers because of what I learned from him. I will miss you dearly, and I will miss our almost daily chats over Tim Horton's.
