June 11, 1943 - June 8, 2020

After a lengthy illness, Bob, loving husband to Mary celebrating 54 ½ years together, Dad to two beautiful, loving, devoted and amazing daughters, Rebecca (Mark) and Naomi (Andrew), Grandfather to five remarkable grandchildren, Brooklynn, Connor, Jordon, Britton (Analisa), Brendon (Jade) and Great Grampa to Reagan (daughter of Brendon & Jade) has sadly passed away. Andrew and Mark showed sincere love and concern for Bob in so many ways for years. The video/song “Just Around the Corner” is so comforting to listen to (JW.org) Rebecca and Naomi played this numerous times before he died. Bob was a gentle, loving caring man.

I was 17 and uncle Bob and I were having fun making Chinese food together. I made my deep fried won tons & plum sauce. Also a Daiquiri cheesecake with extra Bacardi rum 😉😋 The family had a wonderful time! 😊 You are not gone or forgotten....just asleep 😴 until you hear Jesus voice say: "Come out" Looking forward to more fun times in a beautiful Paradise! 🏝 My mom will awaken too, and make your favorite Chiffon cake with orange 🍊 cream cheese icing. Love you very much my dear sweet uncle Bob! 🥰 Until we meet again....just around the corner! Miriam 💞

My favourite memory goes back to the summer I was 14 (1974). I was invited to go to a quarry down south of Hamilton to swim. We went in Bob and Mary’s ultra cool convertible. For a young teenager, you guys were so very hip! Sending lots of love and prayers to you all 😘
