Robert Palmer

Passed away in Toronto, at the age of 70. Son of the late Reginald and Marjorie Palmer. Father of Jessica (Shane) Norup and Adrienne (Kevin) Spafford. Leaves behind three granddaughters – Grace, Chloe and Lauren. Will also be missed by his ex-wife, Julie de Corneille, as well as other family and friends.

A celebration of Rob’s life will be held at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229), on Wednesday, August 24th, 2016 from 3-4 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 4 p.m.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Jessica, Adrienne and Julie: my condolences to all of you and your families. I know how difficult this is for you. My memories of Rob are something I will cherish. Our days at our cottage, camping, family dinners and get-togethers. Even older memories of when our two families would rent cottages together in the summer, usually on Lake Simcoe. He had such an artistic style and I have missed him and will continue to miss him and remember the person he was and how much we all loved him.
