My condolences to my extended family! We will be thinking of you during this very difficult time. I hold onto my very early fond memories of Uncle Bob coming over to my parent's house and bringing us smarties, therefore dubbing him as "the smartie guy." As a 6 year old, that made him pretty awesome in my eyes! As I got older, I got to enjoy his sense of humour and his infectious personality. Thank you for the memories Uncle Bob ❤

My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
I remember how Bob used to wait for you in front of Hydro, years ago.
You two were so devoted to each other - it is a tremendous loss.
Take care of yourself.
My warmest regards
Ellen
The years pass by so quickly but the memories last forever and my memories of the Barrie Clan stretch back nearly 60 years. The many parties and wonderful times shared at Bob & Connies home were truly family events covering every possible theme and it was truly an honour to be included as part of the extended family circle. Bob had a great sense of humour and could keep you on the edge of your seat telling you stories with his lovely Scottish accent which he never lost. By the end of the story you were doubled in two laughing or wiping away the tears. He will be missed but not forgotten. I’m thinking if we could see through the clouds to heaven above there’s already a party going on with Bob, his parents and Isabell, Bill and Cliff. My sincere sympathy to Connie, Leslee, Cam, Dorothy, Margaret and the Grandchildren along with the extended family members. Thank you Bob for the legacy of memories you have left for everyone to share. Lovingly, Brenda
