Dad, as I sit here in my room, it still seems so surreal. You were hands down the best Dad a girl could ever ask for, I have over the years heard friends and acquaintances talk about their lives and their childhoods and many have been much less than great, or even good for that matter. I feel overwhelmed with gratitude that you and Mom chose Me. Thank you for instilling your values and morals in me and especially being the best role model Dillon and Alex have ever had and I hope they take all you have taught and shown them and if they do, they too will amazing Dads. I truly had wonderful parents and I only wish I could have been a fraction of the parent both you and Mom were. I have always felt safe, secure and Loved my whole life. As you know Christmas time has never been the same since Mom died and now, Thanksgivng, but My promise to Dillon and to Alex is that I will make the holidays and everyday about love and be thankful for everything and everyone we have been blessed with , most influentially you and Mom : Give her a proper hug for me! 💕You continued to be so strong and supportive to us after losing Mom, which I know was the most painful and heart wrenching time in your 92 years life on this earth, .but I want you to know....... I'll be OK now Daddy, you can let go. ❤️

Mr. H.
I have known you for longer than my own father and practically grew up in your house. Neil was my best friend all through elementary school and then Nancy became one of my closest friends. The first time I ran away from my sitter in kindergarten I escaped to your house. I will always remember your kindness and caring nature, and that quiet sense of humour (and the cheese curds that you always brought us). You were the best Dad and Grandpa anyone could have. It is so calming to know that you and Mrs. H. are back together now where you belong.

So sorry for your loss of dad and beloved grandpa. He sounded like a wonderful man!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Nancy, and the boys.

Faye and I would like to express our deepest sympathies. Charlie was a truly one of a kind. Known around our house as the family Mr. Fix-it, he will be missed. Such a nice man. I know it hurts but, you have the memories of time spent with a great fellow and, more importantly, a great Dad. Cherish them. Wish would could be there in person for you but know that we are thinking of you all.
