Robert "Bobby" MacIntyre

December 7, 1950 -  January 22, 2024

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Bobby MacIntyre, who left this world on January 22, 2024. Born on December 7, 1950, in Toronto, Ontario, Bobby brought immeasurable joy to the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories that will endure.

Bobby is now reunited in heaven with his parents, Robert and Anne MacIntyre, his brother, Sandy, and nephew, Pip (Sandy). He was a devoted spouse, survived by his beloved wife Marilyn, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage. Bobby is survived by his sister, Anne (Gabor), nephew Michael (Amy), and niece Madison.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law, Marilyn (predeceased Gilvey), Sandra (Jim), Glenda, and Lisa (Trevor). Predeceased by his brother-in-law, Rick (Cindy), Bobby will be dearly missed by his surviving brothers-in-law, Bob (Carol), Nelson (Colleen), Brad (Lynette), Dave (Brenda), Terry (Debbie), and Aunt Dot. He will be forever in the hearts of his numerous nieces and nephews on the Langdon side of the family.

Bobby's passions included hockey, golf, swimming, and taking long walks. He was a personable individual who effortlessly made friends wherever he went. His commitment to the church was unwavering, and his kindness left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.

If desired, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Diabetes Canada Society. Bobby MacIntyre will be remembered not only for his love of sports and devotion to family but also for the warmth he shared with his extended family and friends. May he rest in peace.
