Rita Marina Chan

June 7, 1978 - August 21, 2021

Rita Marina Chan passed away on August 21, 2021 at the age of 43.

In life and in death, ever-present was her beloved soulmate, Peanut. Loved, and therefore never truly alone, by her parents Alex and Marina, her sisters-in-law Joanna and Katherine, and her brothers, Brian and Darwin. Remembered by her nieces and nephews, her legacy becomes eternal.

Rita was bright and beautiful. She loved life. She traveled the world. England was her second home. Her true home was wherever her friends and family were.

Rita hosted many friends at her home. She was always kind and generous to everyone. Rita’s love was unconditional, and she left a positive change in everyone she touched.

She will always be loved by all her friends and family, and her memories will forever live in our hearts.

What is remembered, lives.

So will Rita.

Rita is always remembered as an enthusiastic, courteous and bright girl. Seems I still feel her smiles around with us. My heartfelt wishes that she has a happy life in the afterlife world. God blesses her.

I will remember Rita as a kind, thoughtful, and beautiful person - inside and out.

Over the many years that we were connected, I always enjoyed our chats, her endless curiosity, and her empathy for others.

A couple of years ago, we spent some wonderful time at my farm together with one of our mutual friends, and I always looked forward to seeing her again.

My condolences go out to her friends and family at this very difficult time. Rita is gone far too soon, and I am thankful to have known her.

Peanut is Rita’s soulmate, he is gentle, loyal, and loving. He is always intuitive, able to sense emotion and provide comfort. Wherever Rita was, Peanut was always by her side. She was never alone because Peanut was always there for her, resting by her side.
