Peacefully at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga on Saturday November 11, 2017 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of 48 years to Charlotte. Loving father of Stephanie, Michelle and her husband Robert. Dearest grandfather of Hayden and Ryker. Survived by his brothers Adolf of Mississauga and Helmut of Germany and other family members. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Was with sadness that we learned of Richards illness and his passing. He was always gracious and friendly at family events. He and Charlotte were wonderful in laws to our nephew Robert. We send our deepest condolences, to his wife Charlotte, his daughters Stephanie and Michelle, to Robert and the boys, Hayden and Ryker and to Richards relatives ...cherish your memories for he will be forever in your hearts.

WE HAVE NICE MEMORIES OF TIMES WE SPENT TOGETHER, WHEN OUR CHILDREN WERE SMALL.
CHARLOTTE AND GIRLS, WE KEEP YOU IN OUR PRAYERS. MAY YOU COME OUT OF THIS DIFFICULT TIME RENEWED IN FAITH AND STRONG IN MIND.

Richard will be truly missed, he was a very SPECIAL man that had a heart of gold❤️ I will remember him for the incredible smile he always had that would light up a room and make everyone feel much happier around him😇 it’s so sad that he was taken from his precious wife and daughters and his dear grandsons at such a young age💔 I hope his family will always feel his presence because I believe he will always be there for each of them😇 I love you Richard and I love your dear sweet Charlotte so much and will do my best to help her along the way until she joins her PRINCE in Heaven in the very distant future we pray🙏🏻 God Bless❤️

I am so honoured to have known Richard for the past six years, working with him was a delight. He was very polite, I always looking forward to see his smiling face each morning. My condolences to his beloved wife and children.
