To the Wu Family:

My deepest condolences to the entire Wu family.

I knew Richard all throughout Elementary School and being in the Scouts. He always had such a strong spirit and amazing attitude on life and was in all, just a pleasure to be around.

We happen to run into each other 2 years ago at a party and reconnecting with him was instantaneous. We were like old friends again. We unfortunately never got another opportunity to get together and that is something I will always always regret.

Richard was a kind soul and I will miss him deeply.
I am very sorry for your loss.
