QUACH, Quan Hoa - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Quan on Saturday, December 10th, 2016 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Men Ha. Loving father of Hien, Belinda, Janet, Kiet, Karen, Nang, Tony, Ben and Monica. Father-in-law of Chan, Serena, Nancy and Anna. Grandfather of Victoria, Michelle, Alice, Nicole and Sophia. Sadly missed by family, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the York Cemetery Funeral Home (416-221-3404) 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto on Friday, December 16th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

先夫郭公華群府君，廣東省，痛於二零一六年十二月十日在 North York General醫院辭世，積閏享壽九十有五歳，不孝等侍奉在側，親視含殮，遵禮成服，遺體奉移約克墓園禮堂，謹擇於十二月十六日（星期五）上午九時，舉行出殯禮，扶靈歸土，安葬於約克墓園。
