In memory of

Porzia Wilkinson

November 13, 1918 -  October 10, 2016

Entered the presence of her Saviour Jesus Christ on Monday, October 10, 2016, in her 98th year. Loving wife to the late Russell for 55 years. Mother to Paul (Ruth) and Grandma to Chris and Aaron. In her own words, "It's been a long life; it's a good life if you're serving the Lord." That service included ministry to teenagers through The Peoples Church and Parkway Bible Church and organizations like Pioneer Clubs and Muskoka Woods. She was also one of the longest serving telephone counselors for The 700 Club. She was a graduate of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and loved God's word and sharing it with others. An informal service remembering her life will take place on Monday, October 17th at PINE HILLS FUNERAL CENTRE at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Porzia and Russell's favourite charities were involved in the distribution of scriptures, including The Gideons, Canadian Bible Society and Wycliffe Bible Translators. Later on, mom's charity of choice was Christian Blind Mission. "For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive." (I Cor. 15:52)
