In memory of

Philip Kofi Frempong

June 20, 1997 -  October 31, 2023

It is with heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing on October 31st, 2023, in Mississauga Ontario at the age of 26.

Philip was born in Montreal, Quebec on June 20th, 1997 to parents, Charles and Elizabeth Frempong. Younger brother to Mabel and older brother to Ruth and Deborah.

Philip dedicated himself to not only making his life better but the ones of those around him. Baptized on June 18th, 2016. From that moment he ensured that the Bible-based principles he learned would be reflected in his daily life. Philip learned at a young age the value of a true friend and carried that in all he did throughout his life. Proverbs 17: 17 says “A true friend shows love at all times. And is a brother who is born for times of distress”. We are sure many can agree that this was Philip. He always showed love to others. He was always there for the ones he cared about. With his amazing smile that always lit up the room.

Philip was many things, he was dedicated, determined, stubborn, funny, outgoing, and a risktaker. Philip in 2017 was determined to change his lifestyle around and live a healthier life and he did. He accomplished many physical goals and spiritual ones as well.

While there were still many goals he was yet to accomplish we will always cherish the ones he has and the joy we were able to experience with him as he achieved them. We look forward to the day when the words of Revelations 21:4 will be fulfilled. Until that time comes we continue to hold onto that hope and use that to bring us comfort in the days, weeks, and months to come.

We the Frempong Family would like to thank everyone for their continued love and support during this difficult time. While we mourn the loss of Philip, we will not forget the unconditional love and support we have received.
