Passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on May 6th, 2017, at Scarborough General Hospital. Beloved husband of Muriel. Loving father of Cindy (Andre), Karen (Dave), and Steven (Crystal). Proud Grandfather of Kris (Tara), Ryan, Steven, Dylan, Chloe and Emmett. Proud Great- Grandfather of Kaleb. Loving brother of Sandra Madden and John Ganny (deceased Carol Dennis and Joseph Ganny).

Pete was a life member of Branch 22 Legion and held many positions including Branch President. Pete was also a Zone Commander and District Commander. Since retirement, Pete enjoyed getting together with his family and friends as well as travelling.

Visitation at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Thursday May 18th from 2-3 p.m. followed by Legion Service 3pm. Reception to follow at Branch #614 - 100 Salome Dr. Scarborough. Rather than flowers, Pete would have preferred donations be made to one of the following organizations.
